Definitions

OneClickMore.org hereinafter; “One Click More” and “the page”.

Receiving commission: the revenue received by One Click More from affiliated merchants regarding online purchases made by visiting users

Article 1 – The online purchase

• One Click More is never part of the agreement between the user and the merchants affiliated with One Click More.
  
• One Click More is not liable or responsible for the proper handling and compliance with the agreement concluded by the user with an online store affiliated with One Click More (purchase).
  
• At the time of the purchase of goods or entering into an agreement with a connected online e-shop, the user is subject to the applicable terms and conditions stated by the merchant.
  
• One Click More is not responsible or liable for the quality of the products and / or specific information about products offered by affiliated online stores.

Article 2 – Obligations of the User

• By using One Click More, the user accepts these terms and conditions and all other rights and obligations as stated in these terms & conditions located on the footer of the page.

Article 3 – Commission

• OneClickMore.org is committed to giving at least 75% of the received commission payable to the charity the user chose
  
• The fore-mentioned payout ratio increases as the total amount per month (all commissions received) of the commission received by Charity Shop with regarding the increases reserved Charity shop for private charities:
• For sums up till and over € 10,000 (ten thousand euros) 75% will be paid,
• For sums over € 25,000 (twenty-five thousand euros), 80% will be paid,
• For sums of € 60,000 (sixty thousand euros) and over, 85% will be paid,
• For sums up till € 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand euros) and over, 90% will paid
• And finally for amounts above € 250,000 95% will be paid.

Article 4 – Payment

• The payment of the accumulated commissions to the cause – charity organisation by One Click More takes place quarterly or on the account charities have indicate. Commission amounts of less than € 50 (fifty euros) are not paid because amounts smaller than 50 euros are not given out by the affiliate management systems. If the commission of a quarter is less than € 50 (fifty euros) there will be no payment during that quarter but the amount will be saved. Payment will be made ​​in the quarter in which the total amount to be received from the affiliates marketing platform will be higher than € 50 (fifty euros).

• The quarterly payments referred above will take place in the first week of January, April, July and September.

• Payments to causes - charities will be made ​​directly to the bank account of the foundation.

• One Click More is in no way responsible for the payment of all payable taxes by the cause – charity.

Article 5 – Transparency of causes – charities

• Most active affiliated causes - charities have their own account on their websites, where at all times can be viewed what comes to donations.

Article 6 – Termination of collaboration with a cause – charity

Each cause - charity is entitled to an agreed cooperation but both sides reserve the right to terminate this collaboration at any time.

Without prejudice to its other rights One Click More is entitled to terminate a partnership with a cause -charity immediately and without giving reasons.

If this occurs, for whatever reason, the procedure will be the following:

• The link(s) to cause’s – charity’s page (or fund) will be removed,
  
• The cause - charity will not claim (any additional) commissions with the exception of the received commission in respect of sales made ​​before the termination date,
  
• The cause - charity will no longer be entitled to the name One Click More and the trademarks, logos and other indications of One Click More

Article 7 – E-shops

• One Click More reserves the right to discontinue cooperation with merchants that are contrary to the philosophy and objectives of One Click More.
  

• On the website of One Click More there are hyperlinks and other links to affiliated partners, merchants and causes - charities. One Click More is in no way liable or responsible for the content of these websites. Use at your own discretion and risk.
  
• If a connected shop for whatever reason doesn’t receive its payment, it will void the purchase fee. One Click More does not warrant or guarantee payment of the agreement between the user and shop for the actual purchase cost.

Article 8 – Miscellaneous

One Click More is always entitled to change and/or revise its terms & conditions.

Article 9 – Disputes

• All from One Click More and user and other parties signed agreements only Greek law applies in the event of a dispute, the court in Athens to hear the dispute. The Greek court has exclusive jurisdiction.
